Friendship Center is a community-based organization in Montecito with over 50 years of experience supporting older adults and individuals living with dementia, offering programs that reduce isolation, provide caregiver support, and foster dignity, connection, and quality of life. As the organization approached a milestone anniversary, it faced an important moment of reflection and opportunity: how to build on a strong foundation of trusted services while evolving to meet growing community needs and a changing care landscape.
